    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Collaborate with national recruiting leadership and regional recruiting leadership to help formulate marketing strategies and execute standardized work in print, job boards, social media and more.
    • Track and report on upcoming plans by service line and medium as well as ROI on past efforts. 
    • Refine and execute on mass emails by service lines as business needs warrant while tracking and reporting on ROI and provider experience by service line, timing and content.
    • Provide support of regional conferences and residency event as needed through pre/post event marketing 
    • Support vendor inquiries and assistance in supporting regional relationships as needed 
    • Other duties as assigned
    • Reads and abides by the company’s code of conduct, ethics statements, employee handbook(s), policies and procedures and other corporate mandates, including participation in mandatory training programs
    • Reports any real or suspected violation of the corporate compliance program, company policies and procedures, harassment or other prohibited activities in accordance with the reporting policies of the company
    • Obtains clarification of policy whenever necessary and may use the resources available through the Compliance, Human Resources or Legal Department to do so

    Education/Experience:

    • Bachelors Degree (Marketing or Business Degree Preferred)
    • Sales Experience a Plus

     

    Computer Skills:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:

    • Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experience in all Social Media platforms (FaceBook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
