    Responsibilities

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities -

    • Review Held Account Receivables with each ES on a  semi-monthly basis
    • Review the EmBillz report monthly with staff
    • Enter Write-offs into the Adjustment Database
    • Mentor and assist in training for new Enrollment Specialists
    • Oversee special enrollment projects
    • Supervise the work flow in the Enrollment Department
    • Manage and train temporary employees
    • Responsible for Quality Assurance of applications prepared for submission
    • Mentor and assist new Enrollment Specialists with start-ups for the division
    • Manage Payor Calls
    • Review Payor Database 
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

     

    Education/Licensing/Certification:

    Bachelor’s degree preferred.  May substitute equivalent work experience

     

    Experience:

    • Minimum of three (3) years experience in the field.
    • Have 3-5 years management experience.

     

    Other i.e. knowledge and skills:

    • Familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices and procedures.
    • Applicant should have knowledge of multi-state government payers.
    • Applicant must exercise sound judgment in planning and accomplishing goals.
    • Will direct the work of others.
    • Well developed leadership skills.
    • Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
