    We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Manager, Physician Support Services.  You will be manage the successful integration of acquired practices, new groups and physicians, and/or new organic clients to the Envision Physician Services (EVPS) team from a clinical operational support perspective; driving those integration and start-up activities with a focus on performance improvement.  You will develop detailed planning around onboarding, workforce, and credentialing processes; and along with your Director, coordinate the resources required across the Support Services and Client Services departments to ensure that maximized services are provided to clients as they are integrated into the enterprise.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Work with department heads in Support Services to organize, coordinate, and support the integration of new practices from an onboarding, credentialing, scheduling, and contracting perspective.
    • Work with internal and external leaders to ensure the smooth transition of these integration efforts.
    • Will act as Project Manager; leading, tracking, and delivering on project timelines across multiple accountable parties.
    • Pre- and post- close representation of the value added benefits of Support Services.
    • Develop tool set of services to be implemented with new sites.
    • Interface and collaborate with key internal stakeholders to provide the client or group with outstanding service.
    • Assist in providing tools to monitor and manage labor costs and hours as compared to budget during the transition phase post-acquisition.
    • Interface with other leaders within the organization; resolving issues and successfully implementing corporate and divisional goals and objectives during transition phases.
    • Collaborate with appropriate clinical leaders and Support Services stakeholders to effectively respond to customer feedback and implementation plan changes.
    • Implement integration metric tracking, to include client on-boarding satisfaction metrics.
    • Proactively address client expectations and issues, overseeing the delivery of standard Support Services functions during integration transition phases to ensure their seamless operation.
    • Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate a team of employees who work both behind the scenes and are deployed on site to represent the EVPS team.
    • Direct and coordinate various personnel functions including, but not limited to: hiring, performance appraisals, promotions, transfers, vacation schedules, and training of new personnel.
    • Must be able to work effectively in multiple sites and regions within the country and travel 35-50% of the time.


    Education and Experience required for consideration:

    • Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University and 5+ years of experience as detailed above; or 10 or more years of experience as detailed above. Graduate degree in health related field or MBA preferred.
    • Need to be highly organized with a heightened attention to detail and possess a deep understanding of physician onboarding, scheduling, credentialing, and contracting in order to track all the moving parts as we continue to integrate practices into the enterprise.
    • Demonstrated project management experience leading, tracking, and delivering on project timelines while working with and across multiple accountable parties.
    • Excellent presentation skills and equally strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
    • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing and mentoring
    • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
    • Ability to make decisions in a rapidly growing, professional, service oriented environment.
    • Demonstrated expertise with metrics tracking and trending.
    • Able to work effectively in multiple sites across the country and travel up to 50% of the time.
    • Solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
    • Knowledge of Kronos and Qgenda preferred.
