    We currently have an exciting full-time opportunity available for a Human Resources Representative!

     

     

    Job Summary:

    The Human Resources Representative provides administrative and technical support for employee’s HR related issues and inquiries as well as supporting the Human Resources staff.

    Responsibilities

    • Greet and interact with all visitors to the Human Resources Department including current employees and applicants.
    • Enter all applicant and new hire information into our HRIS System (Oracle) including, but not limited to, demographics and salary.
    • Record and maintain all employee status changes comprised of address changes, W-4 adjustments, bonus payouts, various reimbursements and deductions into our HRIS system (Oracle).
    • Manage personnel badge system. Update security access levels and liaise with Security Company.
    • Assist with administration of monthly Septa passes.
    • Generate monthly reports in Oracle.
    • Manage employee personnel files.
    • Administer and score all pre-employment tests.
    • Schedule various work and employee engagement activities.
    • Assist Talent Acquisition Specialist, Director and HR Business Partner on a daily basis in regards to any special projects or the daily function of the Human Resources Department.
    • Backs up the receptionist/ switchboard operator on an as needed basis.

     

    Hours:  Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors Degree required with an emphasis in Business or Human Resources or equivalent work experience.
    • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office with a special emphasis on Excel.
    • Previous experience using an HRIS system a plus.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills both on the telephone and in person.
    • Must have prior office experience.
    • Able to work under pressure and with deadlines.
    • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work assignments.
    • Must be able to get along with people at all levels.
