    We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a motivated, highly detail-oriented individual to gain experience in recruiting as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. The Coordinator will focus on assisting in the recruitment of Clinical Information Managers (CIMs). CIMs provide scribe services at the direction of a physician or practitioner (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) allowing the physician or practitioner to spend more time with the patient, work more productively, and produce accurate and thorough documentation.


    • Thoroughly review applicant resumes and cover letters for desired experience and fit for the CIM position
    • Screen candidates for strong attention to detail and writing skills
    • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess motivations, availability, and communication skills
    • Present candidates to the CIM recruiting team
    • Document interview feedback in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
    • Ensure ongoing data integrity of requisition and candidate information and status through internal database
    • Schedule first round of interviews with Talent Acquisition Specialists 
    • Manage a high volume of applicants
    • Update College job boards
    • Track and report applicant & interview data utilizing existing database; maintain recruitment records in accordance with firm, state and federal regulations
    • Assist with expense reports and other administrative duties related to recruiting


    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • 0-2 years of Recruiting, Human Resources, or Business related experience
    • Meticulous attention to detail to screen for proper grammar, spelling, and formatting
    • Strong written and verbal communication
    • Great organization and time management
    • Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment in problem solving, meet aggressive deadlines, and manage multiple projects with changing priorities, without compromising quality and accuracy of work
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
    • Experience with iCIMS Applicant Tracking Systems a plus
