    We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst to support our Talent Acquisition Team in Plantation, FL.


    The Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst will utilize his skills to generate data-driven insights and analyses that identify staffing and sourcing opportunities.

    The ideal candidate will help drive projects and initiatives with a focus on systems and processes tied to the recruitment life cycle (approval of requisition through onboarding). He will deliver data insights, reporting, and analytics that drive recruitment decision making. This role may participate in aiding the sourcing of top talent, and provide vendor and recruitment performance metrics. Through this work, we strive to provide value-added metrics and analytics that can inform and deliver solutions and next-generation recruiting to the organization and talent market. This person will help in developing and maintaining new and existing reporting and models, along with recommending and implementing data-driven solutions that will help acquire quality talent for our businesses.



    • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leader and other partners to ensure data integrity and develop appropriate auditing tools, reports and analysis methodologies.
    • Deep understanding of innovative reporting and performance Talent Acquisition metrics that align with business needs
    • Monitor capability gaps and work with Talent Acquisition team on strategies to pipeline talent.
    • Work closely with leadership to identify areas of focus within talent acquisition and establish a clear direction on where to drive results
    • Maintain, enhance, and streamline standardized reporting to ensure clients have timely, relevant, and accessible information and our processes are efficient and legally compliant
    • Manage ad hoc reporting requests in order to translate Talent Acquisition activity outcomes.
    • Participate in continuous training efforts to TA team to ensure effective use of ATS and strong knowledge TA processes.
    • Document processes and user manuals, store in central location to promote availability & ease of use
    • Design, own, and deliver analyses that provide insightful, innovative, and actionable talent acquisition solutions and recommendations that deliver quality talent to our diverse client groups.
    • Share knowledge and insights from analytics with talent team, HRBPs, and across enterprise.


    Must have requirements:

    • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with global Talent Acquisition systems preferably in a decentralized, collaborative environment.
    • Experience with global ATS implementations, including requirements gathering and documentation.
    • Experience in stakeholder management and vendor management
    • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.
    • Strong talent acquisition acumen, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate objectives, activities and results.
    • Ability to establish credibility with clients.



    • 3+ years of direct ATS system administration experience
    • Experience working in a decentralized environment
    • A passion for educating and communicating analytic findings at all levels
    • Creating PowerPoint presentations and storyboards that captivate business partners
    • Ability to build business cases that facilitate and accelerate the adoption of analytics and solutions.
    • A general inquisitiveness and passion for learning, along with the ability to work with ambiguity.
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Success with problem/issue identification and resolution.
    • Ability to manage expectations and deliverables with internal clients and stakeholders.
