  • Overview

    The Marketing Communications Coordinator will support the department in all aspects of marketing/communications activities for Evolution Health and its related companies and local operations. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordination of marketing projects, social media, sales collateral development, internal communications and reporting. Will also help maintain information on corporate websites and employee portal and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Provide support to the Evolution Health marketing team in the development and implementation of initiatives which support identified marketing strategies.
      • Manage the flow of marketing projects through the process from request to delivery.
      • Create, analyze and maintain marketing reports including performance to Key Performance Indicators and monthly activities of the department.
      • Assist in compiling information for creating comprehensive annual and short-term marketing and communications plans.
      • Assist in the development and execution of Envision Healthcare’s thought leadership program.
      • Assist in implementation of public relations programs.
      • Media monitoring: review media coverage of Envision Healthcare companies and develop report and analysis.
      • Provide reports and recommendations for search engine optimization and search engine marketing.
      • Update and maintain information on corporate websites. Assist with development and maintenance of employee portal.
    • Provide administrative support to the department and company administrators at times which may include typing letters, organizing local events or meetings, etc.

     

     

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree required. Major in Marketing or Communications preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

     

    • Must have at least 1 to 2 years experience in marketing, advertising, communications and/or public relations. Prefer healthcare marketing experience, but not required.

     

     

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Must be detail-oriented, innovative, self-starter, comfortable working independently as well as with a team
    • Must have professional appearance and demeanor
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Strong written/verbal communication including creative copywriting, proofreading and telephone skills
    • Must value precision, clear and direct communications
    • Excellent computer skills to include intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Good follow-up, customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work within tight deadlines
    • Ability to effectively present information
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Strong work ethic
    • Ability to work within web content management systems, project management platforms and Microsoft SharePoint
    • Fluency with social media marketing concepts and management platforms (e.g., HootSuite, etc.)
