  • Overview

    This position is responsible for executing the Customer Relationship Program for the Hospital Corporation of America (‘HCA”) account. It is to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders through providing consistent communication, information and solutions to drive customer satisfaction and meet strategic business objectives across all service lines.


    • Identify and establish relationship with C-Suite level executives in the HCA organization
    • Identify and establish internal customer account teams representing all service lines provided to HCA.
    • Interact with Program Manager to develop internal Quarterly Operations Review (QOR) documents and schedule and conduct QOR’s for all services across the HCA book of business
    • Develop Quarterly Performance Reports (QPR) with customer management teams and schedule and conduct QPR with within HCA for all service lines
    • Establish and conduct annual/semi-annual strategic planning session with customer account team for HCA
    • Follow-up on issues and objectives that are identified in QPR and report findings/solutions to appropriate HCA executives
    • Act as an advisor to the customer account team to bring Envision best practices/programs to the team and HCA.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of (5) five years’ experience is required. Master’s degree preferred





    Reasoning Ability:

    Ability to recognize and define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and correct errors. Ability to understand and interpret financial data. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in a variety of forms and deal with abstract and concrete variables.


    Other Qualifications:

    Must be able to handle multiple, simultaneous tasks effectively and efficiently while maintaining a professional, courteous manner. Must be able to work well with others. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Must be detail oriented and organized. High integrity, including maintenance of confidential information. Must be able to exercise good judgment and positively influence and lead others, including handling confrontations with poise and efficiency. Based on business need, the ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends as approved in advance.
