    Position Summary:

    The Recruiting Marketing and Events Specialist is responsible for developing strategy and implementing marketing initiatives for physician and provider recruitment. This position will create and use tactical and creative initiatives, work collaboratively with all members of the Clinical Recruitment Department and Operations with emphasis on supporting the overall goals of the team.

    Responsibilities

    • Develops and implements strategies aimed at promoting visibility of key roles, upcoming events and featured sites to a relevant target audience.
    • Works collaboratively with the Recruitment Manager, Sourcing Team and others to ensure that everyone is working together to effectively promote priority positions.
    • Develops and manages all job posting content and materials to ensure the Envision brand is effective, accurate and up to date.
    • Manages projects and coordinates multi-media drip Marketing campaigns with other team members, factoring in any upcoming tradeshows or other events as part of the campaign.
    • Develops and manages advertising and all promotional materials while working with Envisions marketing department to ensure appropriate brand standards are followed.
    • Manages the specific marketing and promotion budget with the Regional Director, Clinical Recruitment.
    • Coordinates all activities for trade show and conference attendance alongside National Trade Show staff and internal team members. Seeks out new and creative ideas for Regional events targeted at our named priorities.
    • Develops proposals throughout year aimed at improving current marketing strategies while utilizing National Marketing team as an expert resource.
    • Oversees eblast content and other communications which are posted on our vendor sites for accuracy and effective visibility.
    • Ensures that all site collateral is constantly updated and branded consistently, filed, organized and ready for electronic or print distribution.
    • Tracks categorized expenses for all campaigns and projects. Debriefs with staff post campaign and event to ensure return on investment (ROI) and recommends future improvements.
    • Collaborates with Administrative Assistant to maintain events and Marketing spreadsheets which include all the needed details to determine ROI.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    • Ability to create promotional marketing material
    • Strong project management skills
    • Ability to manage within tight deadlines
    • Understanding of the Healthcare industry particularly as it relates to physician and Allied health recruitment

    Education/Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or University and 2 or more years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

    Computer Skills:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:

    • Microsoft Office Suite
    • Graphic design software
