    The Senior Application Developer, Front End for the Corporate Marketing department is responsible for leading the development and maintenance of  online web solutions and email marketing automation efforts that support multi-channel marketing including websites, landing pages, emails, web forms, online interactivity, etc. for Envision’ s entities while utilizing an agile process. The focus of this role will be to achieve the vision of being a world-class provider of leading-edge interactive technology solutions through the design, testing, implementation and administration of interactive technologies and web applications.



    • Defines site objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality
    • Designs and develops user interfaces to Internet/intranet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle; determining design methodologies and tool sets; completing programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting tests
    • Recommends system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternatives
    • Integrates applications by designing database architecture and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers
    • Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms
    • Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools
    • Updates job knowledge by researching new internet/intranet technologies and software products; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
    • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
    • Supports and develops web application developers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities
    • Collaborate on projects within the marketing, IT, and other departments.
    • Maintain documentation and tutorials for pertaining projects
    • Special projects and performs other job-related duties as assigned

    Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Marketing or related course of study from accredited university or college.  Minimum eight (8) years of experience developing and implementing digital strategies.


    Certifications / Licenses: 


    Professional certification (PMP, Certified Scrum Master Agile Certification, ITIL, Kentico) or equivalent qualifications preferred.

    Mathematical Skills:


    Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals and percentages.

    Ability to understand, read, write and speak English.  Ability to successfully write business correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information, respond to questions and professionally interact with managers, employees, clients, vendors and the general public.

    Ability to recognize and define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and correct errors.  Ability to understand and interpret basic financial data.  Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in a variety of forms and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
