    We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Data Integration Analyst.


    The Data Integration Analyst must utilize the knowledge of computer science, information technology and have an understanding of clinical and billing workflows. The Integration Analyst will utilize their skills to evaluate inbound data and determine data element components that are required to support end user systems across the organization while maintaining alignment with the enterprise data strategy.

    • Evaluate the accuracy of data from multiple internal and external sources, identify relationships, perform quality audits, identify data gaps / anomalies; conduct root cause analysis with recommended solutions, and track error resolution through completion.
    • Demonstrates advanced functional knowledge of Interface Engines, HL7 standards and other data formats utilized in the transmission of healthcare data.
    • Demonstrates knowledge of processes within the integration department.
    • Identifies and documents integration requirements by researching and analyzing system requirements, business objectives, and align with enterprise technology architecture.
    • Collaborates with appropriate teams during the software development lifecycle for data integration builds, fixes and enhancements.
    • Develops and maintains interface design documentation and outlines integration build steps using appropriate tools.
    • Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization during analysis and mapping of inbound data.
    • Evaluating interface system impacts due to changes to the source production systems.
    • Identifying and documenting patterns and trends in data sets from source systems.
    • Determine and document data mapping rules from medium to complex source data fields to their related target data fields.


    • Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or University and 3+ years of related experience; or a combination of education and 4+ years of experience with analysis and documentation designing, building, implementing and deploying HL7 interfaces and other data formats used in data integration.
    • MS Office Suite with focus on Visio, and Excel.
    • 7Edit, Interface Explorer, Caristix, MapForce and similar data analysis and mapping tools.
    • Software development lifecycle management tools: TFS, Jira, and Confluence.

    Certificates and Licenses (Not Mandatory)

    • HL7 version 2 and/or FHIR
    • Six Sigma
    • Additional IT Certifications (e.g. CCNA, Scrum Master, ITIL)
