    We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Account Representative (DASH) located in Dallas, Texas.

     

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Account Representative will be responsible in driving sales and adoption of the DASH application by end-users. This employee will work closely with hospital administration to develop and maintain their assigned territory.   Some travel will be involved.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Work effectively with EVPS's management and support teams while serving as liaison to hospital CEO’s and Division management to meet their needs.
    • Operate as lead contact for any and all matters in regards to the DASH installation and product servicing.
    • Develop and maintain a trusted advisory relationship with customers.
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
    • Communicate clearly the monthly and quarterly initiatives.
    • Forecast and track key account metrics.
    • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with hospital administration and management to ensure growth attainment.
    • Assist with high severity requests to ensure growth attainment.
    • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
    • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

     

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

     

    Education/Licensing/Certification:

    • High School or GED is required
    • Bachelor’s degree in some type of business field of study is preferred, but not required.  

    Experience:

    • Experience interacting with business clients or potential clients in presenting a sales or service is required.
    • Effective working knowledge of the healthcare industry is required.

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Knowledge of health care administration systems.
    • Skill in exercising initiate, judgment, problem solving, and decision-making.
    • Ability to analyze and interpret data.
    • Ability to develop, prepare and present to professionals a presentation on products and services.
    • Strong phone and computer skills with the ability to clearly articulate EVPS’s services during a business call.
    • Strong writing skills with the ability to create professional and grammatically correct business letters.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
    • Ability to use email and the Internet.
