    We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Group Human Resource Director at our offices in Horsham, PA supporting the Northeast Region. 

     

    The Group Human Resources Director is responsible for aligning the business and market objectives with the people objectives.  Serves as a strategic adviser and consultant to leaders on HR related issues and a conduit between the field and HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to inform process, program, and tool design.  The Group HRBP assesses and anticipates HR related needs and leverages the programs, processes, tools and resources produced by HR COEs to deliver integrated solutions that support business and market objectives

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible to solve organizational challenges through people-related solutions and serve as an integral part of a market, enterprise area's senior leadership team, to understand every aspect of the business and be a thought leader on human capital and organizational topics.
    • Effectively collaborates with cross-functional market leadership partners, including but not limited to Finance, Support Services, Clinical, and Operations, to drive market business outcomes.
    • Actively participates in market leadership and business meetings including but not limited to Group President team meetings, MORs, etc.
    • Diagnose market-based people needs, leverage HR COE best practices, tools, and resources to execute on human capital strategy and drive market results.
    • Provides practical input and feedback to subject matter experts within Envision’s HR COEs on program, process, and tool design related to how the business staffs, on-boards, develops, motivates, and retains employees.
    • Execute national HR strategic initiatives within the market including but not limited to talent management, talent development, performance management, leadership coaching, data analysis, and strategic organizational development.
    • Responsible to be a subject matter expert regarding organizational and people related planning and execution.
    • Provide insightful data to guide decision-making and offer proactive solutions, solving problems and getting to the root cause of any issue, regardless of complexity.
    • Guide business leaders in the creation and execution of market level employee engagement strategies and plans; shares best practices with other HRBPs and national COEs.
    • Analyze data, understand trends, for designated market and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
    • Consult with leaders on resolving high level employee relations issues by providing expert level knowledge on both legal and internal risk factors and HR best practices while mitigating risks to the Company
    • Influence through strong relationships, expertise and data and the ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    • Strong track record of applying coaching, consultation, and advisory skills to senior leaders within assigned client groups.
    • Working knowledge of best practice HR operating models and a track record of effectively leveraging COEs, shared services, and technology appropriately.
    • Humble learner who continuously expands knowledge and expertise in the business, healthcare industry trends, and HR related trends.
    • Thorough knowledge in all aspects of human resource management.
    • Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately, both written and orally.
    • Ability to quickly build credibility with all levels in the organization and be seen as a key partner and subject matter expert in human capital management.
    • Can evaluate both external and internal business contexts and translate those into evaluations and practical insights and actions.
    • Ability to maximize outcomes that maybe inherently in opposition to each other.

     

    Education/Experience

    • BS/BA degree and 8+ years of progressive HR experience or a combination of equivalent education and experience
    • Master’s degree preferred

     

    Computer Skills

     

    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:

    • Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experience working with a variety of HR systems such as ERP/HCM, Performance Management, LMS, ATS, Onboarding, etc. Preferably a working knowledge of Oracle/Oracle Cloud

     

    Certificates and Licenses (if applicable)

    • HR Certification (SPHR/PHR/SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP) strongly preferred
