    We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Representative at our offices in Phoenix. The Human Resources Representative is responsible for clerical and administrative duties related to day to day employee administration, along with other administrative duties in other HR areas as assigned.

    Responsibilities

    • Support the administration and coordination of HR operations and employee relations functions related to the drug program, acquisitions, compliance checks, and other assigned areas
    • Assists with new employee onboarding.
    • Support the drug order process, monitoring and tracking testing results
    • Submits communication, follow up and drive overall adherence to completing mandatory random testing
    • Reconciles, prepares & routes vendor invoices, such as drug and background and other invoices assigned
    • Assists with organizing and maintaining employee files through filing and/or scanning of employee records
    • Assists with the coordination of employee paperwork and new employee welcome gift sets for acquisitions
    • Provide support to the Spirit of Envision Physician Services initiatives

     

    General responsibilities:

    • Serves as support for other HR areas including Employee Relations, Recruiting & Training
    • Organizes and assists in special projects as needed
    • Reads and abides by the company’s code of conduct, ethics statements, employee handbook(s), policies and procedures and other corporate mandates, including participation in mandatory training programs
    • Reports any real or suspected violation of the corporate compliance program, company policies and procedures, harassment or other prohibited activities in accordance with the reporting policies of the company
    • Obtains clarification of policy whenever necessary and may use the resources available through the Compliance, Human Resources or Legal Department to do so

    Qualifications

    • Strong organizational skills and initiative
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Ability to develop effective systems for tracking and monitoring
    • Excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail and organizational savvy
    • Strong knowledge of computer systems and functionality
    • Ability to effectively prioritize projects & work on a daily basis in order to meet deadlines

     

     

    Education/Experience:

    • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 2 or more years of related experience

     

    Computer Skills:

     

    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:

    • Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite
