    The RPA Architect will work in a collaborative manner with the RPA team which is focused on piloting, designing, developing and deploying BOTs for automating workflows in all streams of the business. Position is a key member of a team to establish RPA value and architect the solutions to enable the next level by adding cognitive capabilities using ML/Deep ML and AI algorithms making solutions BOTs 2.0 compliant.This position provides opportunity to demonstrate your technical and analytical skills by participating in a variety of projects that will be leveraging RPA to bring value across the organization.


    Job Resposibilities:

    • Plan, estimate and implement bots to automate repeatable processes using Automation Anywhere tools across business processes and functions that span multiple environments
    • Participate in RPA scoping and project design
    • Ensure standards, compliance and institutionalization of best practice
    • Comply with Envision RPA and IT Governance model
    • Designing, engineering, and coding BOT solutions for a highly complex on-prem and private cloud environments
    • Configure and build automation as specified in the requirements and design documents
    • Designing/building all artifacts (scripts, flows, rules, virtual workers, etc.), as well as integrating with complex systems (Web services, Mainframe applications, OCR, etc.)
    • Conduct code reviews to ensure the highest level of quality
    • Operate to the production schedule, monitor Bot and BotRunner performance, respond to escalated user issues, conduct problem isolation, and resolutions, and perform back-ups per scheduled
    • Conduct performance tuning and enhancements to optimize Bot deployments, maintain processing environments, enable and conduct virtual server management, and ensure the readiness of any Disaster Recovery Plan
    • Responsible for end to end RPA activities and sign off
    • Constantly evaluate the RPA strategy and approach to identify areas of improvement
    • Work closely with business experts to document and define business cases and best uses for RPA
    • Conduct research on emerging RPA approaches and technologies
    • Definition of data management requirements, including translating and documenting needs, assessing data, and implementing appropriate data solutions, & data warehousing principles and methodologies
    • Setup, configure, monitor and maintain the RPA environments
    • All work is developed with alignment to architecture standards which focus on security, scalability and extensibility
    • Develop high level project plans for projects and coordinate with PMs on task scoping, definition and progress reporting
    • Provides continuous updates to RPA stakeholders and Project Manager during project delivery



    • Demonstrates experience in defining enterprise architecture models based on the overall organizations’ business and technology vision
    • Owns architectural decisions (in line with IT organization’s practices) including security management, infrastructure, application layer interfacing approach, solution performance standards
    • Leads the identification and evaluation of alternative solutions
    • Guides the lab team in identifying any technical risk early in the process
    • Possesses deep knowledge in enterprise technology/applications ecosystem to ensure Automation Anywhere solution meets organization’s enterprise architecture standards
    • Guides the team in finding opportunities to reuse organization level technical assets (e.g., existing API)
    • Possesses deep knowledge and experience in infrastructure requirement definition and set up deployment of architecture at scale
    • Ensures team defines non-functional requirements in line with the organization’s standards and guidelines
    • Ensures the team leverages engineering best practices including continuous integration, automated deployment etc. where applicable
    • Defines standards and guidelines and drives technology best practices at organization level

    • 3-5 years of IT experience in development, testing, and/or automation
    • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent educational, military or professional experience and/or qualifications.
    • An advanced degree is also preferred.



    • Ability to travel up to 50-60%
