    We currently have an exciting opportunity available at our corporate offices in Plantation, Florida for an experience HRIS Analyst III. The HRIS Analyst III must have demonstrated knowledge of Oracle HCM (EBS/Cloud). This position will provide support with new system implementations and upgrades of existing systems. The position will document and flow chart business requirements for Lawson HR initiatives. May work on additional HR technology projects as needed.

    Responsibilities

    • Support the design and implementation of new and existing Oracle HCM (EBS/Cloud) HR functionality.
    • Partner with cross functional business partners to ensure project collaboration.
    • Research best practices, and industry process standards.
    • Partner with cross functional teams to resolve open HR Oracle HCM (EBS/Cloud) issues.
    • Collaborate with functional users and IT in the review, testing and implementation of HR system upgrades or patches.
    • Assist in the maintaining data integrity by running queries and analyzing data.
    • Ensure capture of requirements through proper documentation. Partner with internal subject matter experts to elicit requirements.
    • Ensure functional design concepts are documented by working with HR business and technical teams.
    • Work with project team to ensure requirements are accurate, clear and understood.
    • Assist end-users during User Acceptance Testing.
    • May be required to create and document process flows.
    • Assist with providing documentation to appropriate business partners.
    • Ability to identify project risks and escalate as needed.
    • Assist in evaluating software change requests, determine business need or conduct root cause analysis.
    • Read and abide by the company’s code of conduct, ethics statements, employee handbook(s), policies and procedures and other corporate mandates, including participation in mandatory training programs.
    • Report any real or suspected violation of the corporate compliance program, company policies and procedures, harassment or other prohibited activities in accordance with the reporting policies of the company.
    • Obtain clarification of policy whenever necessary and may use the resources available through the Compliance, Human Resources or Legal Department to do so.
    • Support iCIMS talent acquisition tool and integrations to HR systems.
    • Liaison with cross functional teams in support of interface and integrations specific to HR people data.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

     

    • Experience with Oracle HCM (EBS/Cloud) HRIS System.
    • Experience documenting detailed requirements, design documents, and workflows
    • Must be proficient in VLOOKUP and pivot tables
    • Create queries and macros in MS Access
    • Ability to verify integrity of data changes
    • Challenge traditional thinking and suggest innovative and new solutions
    • Demonstrate leadership ability and act as a role model through actions and demeanor
    • Quickly understand business processes and the underlying business need filled by the process
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate with all levels of management and
      team members
    • Demonstrate a solid understanding of work initiatives and require little guidance
      Education/Experience:
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
    • 4-8 years of experience
    • Experience with iCIMS or similar talent acquisition tool.

    • Microsoft Office PowerPoint
    • Lawson Add-Ins a plus
    • Microsoft Office Visio a plus
