Summary

Under the general supervision of the Director CIMs, the Scribe Program Coordinator will work closely with the CIM Leadership team to provide operational assistance as needed. The Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day administrative and credentialing operations of the CIM Department.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Scribe Program Coordinator on our team.

 

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Regional Managers and Director with ensuring that all new hires submit credentialing requirements for their assigned client sites per established guidelines. This includes sending required materials via email and may include making phone calls and setting up time to meet with new hires to achieve compliance.
  • Assist the Regional Managers with ensuring that all credentialed scribes are compliant with the Envision and client site’s credentialing requirements. This may include sending department-wide reminder emails and making phone calls and setting up a time to meet personally with a CIM that is not compliant.
  • Submit a weekly report to the Regional Managers of all credentialing statuses for new hires and current CIMs

 

Operations Support

  • Meet with the Director weekly to discuss new and ongoing projects
  • Meet with the CIM Leadership Team monthly to discuss CIM Department operations
  • Assist in facilitating all employee three month and annual reviews in a timely manner. This involves coordinating feedback collection from Lead CIMs and clinicians at client sites to complete the evaluation as well as contacting CIMs that have not completed their self-evaluations.
  • Assist in development of a monthly department newsletter
  • Assist the facilitation of a quarterly professional development webinar for CIMs
  • Assist the facilitation of quarterly Lead CIM meetings and annual all-CIM meetings. This may include collecting RSVPs and scheduling and recording video conferences as well as other related tasks.

Education/Experience

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 2 or more years of experience in an administrative role
  • Healthcare experience or education is preferred

 

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:

  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and ability to quickly learn new applications, including, electronic patient records
