The Revenue Recovery Specialist II supports the Dispute Resolution area of the Network Strategy Enablement department by managing claims
submitted for out of network arbitration, with tasks such as managing payor correspondence and scheduling, tracking claims in Salesforce and Embillz billing systems and filling templates for position statements. 

Responsibilities

• Contact payors to manage extension requests and offers
• Track claims in State/Federal portals and record updates in Salesforce
• Request provider credentialing information
• Utilize RPA to maintain Provider education information for Position Statements
• Research Payor and Arbiter questions about individual patient claims
• Transfer and review Arbiter payments in Salesforce
• Assist with analysis and special projects requested by Manager and/or Director
• Upload submissions and invoice data into Salesforce
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience


• Bachelor’s degree preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent considered with years of related healthcare
experience.
• One or more years’ experience in the medical billing field or in an analytical position (healthcare, banking,
accounting) preferred
• Working knowledge of Excel required

 

Computer Skills


To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:
• Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to perform internet searches for insurer requirements.
You will also be taught to use specific internal systems, such as
• Our billing system, Embillz
• Government portal for claim submissions
• Salesforce for claims tracking
