This position is responsible for evaluating need, developing, coordinating, and facilitating delivering of training content for the Payroll Team function related to standard operating process and procedure, technological enhancements, and software implementations. The position will require collaboration with colleagues for evaluation of root cause trends and patterns for training design focused on continuous development, optimization, efficiency, and compliance within the end-to-end process. The position will collaborate with change management for effective training execution and requires a strong communication skills and instructional design background with demonstrated expertise in multimedia eLearning solutions.
