We have an exciting opportunity for available for an experienced National Provider Enrollment Analyst on our team based out of Raleigh, NC. The National Provider Enrollment Analyst is responsible for providing data analytics and obtaining, normalizing, and creating actionable data from internal and external sources.  You will maintain projects and initiatives that support the technical upgrades, workflow creation, reporting, analytics, and process and tracking measurement for the team. The Analyst will help us improve cycle times and reduce provider enrollment related write offs, in addition to ensuring that payer information and forms are maintained. 


This is a remote position, allowing the National Provider Enrollment Analyst to be based anywhere in the country. Based on location and proximity to an Envision site, occasional in-person meetings and/or trainings may be expected.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Produce and distribute enrollment payer rosters based on requirements set by Managed Care payers
  • Using analytical tools including Excel and Tableau, will obtain maintenance related data from various sources, normalize the information formatting it for analytics, import and/or actionable work streams.
  • Participate in the design, maintenance, and execution of ad-hoc and scheduled reports.
  • Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and other tracking tools.
  • Conduct the research necessary to maintain and ensure data integrity of electronic or manual information sources including payer requirements, on-line enrollment functionality. Must ensure that associated forms and roster templates are accurate and current, supporting the Service Lines and Provider types utilized by Provider Enrollment.
  • Collaborate with the Manager, Analytics - National Provider Enrollment and the Provider Enrollment Leadership Team to propose reporting and/or software changes in support of standardization, automation, and reporting ease.
  • Will assist the Manager, Analytics - National Provider Enrollment and Provider Enrollment Leadership with software enhancement testing and validation.
  • Adhere to Information Security Policies and ensure Envision is as secure as possible.
  • Travel up to 10% as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.



To perform this job successfully, a National Provider Enrollment Analyst must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:



  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year College or University and 3+ years’ experience as detailed above, or equivalent combination of education and experience as detailed above.
  • Ability to creatively problem solve, propose solutions, and collaborate with various stakeholders; communicating needs and deliverables in a clear, concise manner.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Healthcare related experience preferred.
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Must be comfortable in a work-from-home environment;
  • Must meet company basic standards for working remotely.
  • Able to travel up to 10% as required.

Computer Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite including advanced Excel and/or other analytical software experience.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Smartsheets, and Adobe Acrobat Pro highly preferred.
