We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Sr. Manager of A/R!
The Sr. Manager of Accounts Receivable will be expected to apply industry leading problem-solving skills to different RCM challenges. Sr. Manager will provide support for day-to-day activities of management team, and staff, of the Accounts Receivable Department. The Primary goal of this role is to ensure the effective collection of Accounts Receivables for all clients and the appropriate processing of denials. In this role the manager will be a direct support to Director of AR, executing assigned initiatives, coordinating with other departments of Post Bill Operations to achieve departmental goals, including budgeted collections, while improving key performance indicators (KPI). Accomplishes results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, coaching, counseling employees; developing, coordinating, and developing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity quality standards.
