Summary

This Supervisor Recruiting Marketing position will support and manage the Recruiting Marketing Specialists while executing Regional Service Center (RSC) and Operating Group marketing strategy-related initiatives for the National Recruiting Marketing Team. The Supervisor Recruiting Marketing will provide daily/project resource management; lead new hire training, liaise with clients, manage vendors, provide brand approvals, and manage the execution of tradeshow marketing. This role also oversees day-to-day operations of the Recruiting Marketing Specialists, and will monitor performance against goals.    

The Supervisor Recruiting Marketing works directly with recruiting directors/managers, sourcers, NRT Team, recruiting tradeshow manager, physician and APP leaders, national marketing and corporate communications teams and other internal clients to ensure satisfaction and timeliness. 

This Supervisor Recruiting Marketing role is offered on a Remote Centric Hybrid basis. We expect the Supervisor Recruiting Marketing to primarily work from home. You may be required to come to an Envision Healthcare office from time to time for meetings.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support RSC/Operating Group recruiting marketing strategies
• Provide day-to-day project resource management working in concert with national project management team
• Leads and supervises a team of marketing specialists and coordinates their efforts according to team/project priorities including recruiting marketing campaigns, tradeshows, and events. Holds others accountable for deliverables
• Lead new hire training and conduct ongoing training to team members
• Be well-versed in data analytics and drive analytics into action
• Run and manage campaign discovery calls, tradeshow calls and present updates on campaign performance
• Liaise directly with internal and external clients
• Manage contracted vendors
• Manage invoice submission, tracking and reporting
• Provide brand approvals on materials
• Support the development and execution of conference marketing
• Explores new and creative ideas around marketing strategy
• Provide performance reports to key customers.
• Collaborates with National Marketing to ensure messaging and materials are within EVPS & Event guidelines.
• Contains advertising costs to conform with budget
• Creates and manages event timelines and schedules for marketing deliverables
• Evaluates marketing efforts to determine ROI and identify best medias and strategies for obtaining candidates
• Ensures that all job boards are optimized, and use is maximized
• Ability to plan work around deadlines and hold others accountable for deliverables
• Ability to work with multiple departments.
• Work independently.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including Information Security Policies, and ensure that Envision remains as secure as possible

Education/Experience

• Associate's of Art or Bachelor’s Degree with 5 or more years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Marketing or Sales Marketing experience a plus
• One year of management experience preferred
• Experience managing multifaceted projects a must

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with digital marketing platforms, project management software (e.g., Workfront), social media and design concepts and programs

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Direct Reports: a team of 2+ Recruiting Marketing Specialists
• Trains, coaches, and mentors the team
• Responsible for managing Non-Exempt and potentially Exempt Teammates
• Assists with planning and conducting performance appraisals and talent assessments of staff, recommending merits, bonuses, and promotions, and administering corrective actions when necessary
