  • Accountable for producing key quality analytical work products on a scheduled and unscheduled basis.
  • Conduct quality review of visualizations and dashboards as they move through the development life cycle.
  • Design and Develop optimized and efficient database objects using technologies, including but not limited to MS SQL.
  • Perform detailed analysis of source systems and source system data and model that data
  • Design, develop, and test scripts to import data from source systems and dashboards to meet business requirements.
  • Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and quality team members to improve quality reporting processes and deliverables.
  • Identify and research anomalies and outliers in the data. Identify problematic areas and make recommendations to determine the best course of action to correct the data used for reporting.
  • Participate in the design and development of reports that explore and present large amounts of data to discover underlying patterns and trends related to quality.


  • MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely-related field
  • 1+ years’ Quality Analytics experience.
  • Strong proficiency in PL/SQL Development, QA Automation tools, JIRA or similar software testing lifecycle system required.
