Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of analysts to oversee projects and provide support as needed
  • Perform Business analysis using Lean Enterprise methods, Kaizen tools to map and automate processes.
  • Define, document, and develop software applications according to specifications and the standard enterprise architecture in collaboration with the project team.
  • Create professional quality project documentation and technical specifications.
  • Contribute to the review and analysis of business requirements
  • Provide reasonable work estimates and communicate deviations from estimates or work product in advance of deadline.
  • Develop, monitor, and track the progress of an action plan.
  • Take technical direction from team members and participate in a knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Lead or contribute to architecture and technical design discussions, code reviews and technical design/specifications.
  • Assist in evaluating software change requests, determine business need or conductor of cause analysis, and implement technically efficient solutions.
  • Assess the impact of software changes and new development on other systems; conduct integration tests to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

  • BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely-related field
  • 5+ years’ related experience in the healthcare industry
