Summary

The ERP Analyst I, Accounting Information Systems serves as a subject matter expert for all ongoing activities related to Accounting/Financial end user support and maintenance of Financial modules of ERP that support company goals and initiatives.

• Act as subject matter expert on accounting systems by assisting with troubleshooting, problem resolution, report writing and training for users
• Research and resolve any ERP related import errors
• Assist in conversion, updates, maintenance, testing and implementation of accounting systems
• Establish, maintain, document and train standardized Envision Physician Services’ policies, practices, templates, and systems workflow and communicate with end-users
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting system and seek opportunities for streamlining, standardizing, and optimizing systems to meet strategic business operations
• Special projects and performs other job-related duties as assigned
• Work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends as approved in advance
• Regular and reliable attendance required

• Knowledge of General Accounting policies and processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented and organized
• High integrity, including maintenance of confidential information

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• ERP experience, specifically GL, AP, AR, FA, and BPM
• Relational data structure and cube knowledge
• SQL knowledge
• Oracle Cloud experience a plus
• Hyperion experience a plus
