We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Manager of Provider Enrollment!

Responsibilities

The Provider Enrollment Manager is responsible for leading the daily operation of the Provider Enrollment team, applying effective process improvement and change management strategies as needed, to ensure high quality, timely appropriate enrollment of all providers/groups with the various government and insurance healthcare payors and third-party billing entities that require enrollment.  Role is responsible for personnel leadership and oversight, quality, production and Accounts receivable (AR), effective and professional communication and relationship management.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee department workload and resources, ensuring equitable distribution
  • Performance management (coaching, motivation, development, 1-1)
  • Oversee Key Performance Indicators/trends and ensure items are escalated timely
  • Review trending and provide recommendations to team/process improvement recs
  • Synthesizing data/information into cogent materials, presenting assessments, evaluations, solutions, recommendations
  • Champion process improvement and change management
  • Serve as a member of Manager advisory committee
  • Review and Process PE adjustment files
  • QA of accounts/POS record setup
  • Develop subject matter expertise to serve as a resource to Directors, colleagues, and team members and proactively stay abreast of industry regulations that impact provider enrollment maintenance.
  • Meeting management (define and communicate the purpose of the meeting, prepare examples, pertinent data, send pre-reads, provide meeting recaps).
  • Onboard and re-train supervisors as needed
  • Remove doc holds/move providers to stage 12, follow up as needed
  • Process Overrides
  • Complete all functions associated with Manager role and any special projects, as assigned

Qualifications

Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in People Management and relevant Healthcare experience (Multi-State/Multi-Specialty preferred)

 

Education: BS or BA Undergraduate Degree typically required in a related field of study. If individual possesses an MS or MA Graduate Degree in a related field of study, prior work experience of 2-4 years in People Management is acceptable.
