Paid Time Off:
Envision Healthcare offers paid time off, 9 observed holidays and paid family leave. You accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) each pay period and depending on your position and can earn a minimum of 20 days and up to 25 days per calendar year.
We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Director, Chart Management!
The Director of Chart Management will develop (with VP of CM and Sr. Director of CM) action plans to address chart management issues highlighted from continuous analysis, and work with Operations and Finance to develop and refine methods for chart management improving cash collections and minimizing associated write-offs. Provide oversight and direction to the Company’s local and remote Billing and Site Coordinator staff. Accomplishes results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, coaching, counseling employees; developing, coordinating, and developing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity /quality standards.
