Paid Time Off:

Envision Healthcare offers paid time off, 9 observed holidays and paid family leave. You accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) each pay period and depending on your position and can earn a minimum of 20 days and up to 25 days per calendar year.

Responsibilities

The Reimbursement Coordinator ensure the highest level of customer service is proactively given to providers and newly identified candidates. Act as a payroll liaison between providers and EmCare. Provide support to the division by researching and following up on any inquiries regarding CONCUR reimbursement payments.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Heavy interaction with providers to include: tracking employment contracts, compensation packages and documentation.
  • Manage multiple complex payroll processes to include gathering the required information, performing the calculations, data entry into the payroll systems and approval routing to the supervisor.
  • Track and follow-up with employee payroll documentation.
  • Respond to questions (internal & external) and research issues regarding payroll.
  • Assume responsibility for payroll records and back up documentation.
  • Monitor and assure compliance between corporate policy and current IRS regulations.
  • Assume an active role during acquisitions, conversions or new business by presenting orientation of payroll information to providers.
  • Works with Division Finance Manager to insure proper financial statement presentation of Payroll information.
  • Acts as a department liaison for payroll and all related functions to support the departmental goals.
  • Works cooperatively with other departments to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Assist Divisional Finance Manager with special reports and HR projects as needed.
  • Adhere to and comply with information systems security. It is the responsibility of every computer user to know and follow Information Systems security policies and procedures. Attend Information Systems security training, when offered. Report information systems security problems.
  • Conducts all verification transactions for clinicians and independent contractors but not limited to validation of income, hospital assignments, and dates of employment
  • Act as liaison between Payroll, clinician/IC and companies/hospitals requesting information. Responds to telephone and email inquiries and mail requests to verify income information
  • Monitors department Email Inbox specific to verification of employment and responds and provides accurate information in a timely manner to both internal and external requests.
  • Access Oracle to research requested information for provider/IC and provide income information year to date as requested
  • Respond to hospital requests to verify/confirm provider’s number of hospital assignments as listed in Oracle
  • Provide customer service to internal and external inquiries and follow-up with outside vendors to provide status update on requests
  • Adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience

High school Diploma

 

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:

  • Microsoft Office Suite. Oracle,
  • CONCUR experience required
